We all want to feel safe and secure at home. But even the smallest oversights like clutter on the stairs, unlocked medicine cabinets or an unattended pot on the stove can lead to serious injuries. The Home Safety Council encourages you to share your experiences and what you’ve done to make your home safer to help other caregivers and concerned parents. By sharing your own story and learning from the experiences of others, we can make a difference by helping people realize that home safety is easy and can be accomplished in many simple ways.
