for Home Safety Council.org Registration

If you’ve experienced any trouble logging-in to the Home safety Council Web site, please review the frequently asked questions below. If your specific question isn’t answered, please email info@homesafetycouncil.org for further assistance.

Q: Why do I need to register on Home Safety Council.org to access materials?

A: The Home Safety Council asks site visitors to register or log in with their username and password before accessing our PDF’s or the materials that is available for download. You are our most active and engaged audience and we would like to know more about you so that we can better serve your home safety needs. Collecting the names and interests of those who access and use our materials will help us develop additional materials to meet your needs as a parent, caregiver, teacher or fire and life safety educator. Once you’ve registered, we can also send you information specific to your needs and fields of interest, so you don’t miss out on any of our new & helpful resources!

All of your information is kept confidential and will not be distributed. You also have the option to opt-out and stop receiving email from the Home Safety Council at any point.

Q: As a member of the Expert Network, I already have a username and password to access your site. Why do I need to sign-up again for HSC.org?

A: Because the HSC Web site is new, we need you to register specifically for the site to take advantage of the tools and resources we have created. Registering is easy and free and will give you access to post comments in our forums and blogs, as well as to the suite of resources we offer for download from the Web site. Registering on HSC.org will not affect your Expert Network registration as it is only necessary for purchases in HSC’s online store, so feel free to use the same username and password, if you’d like.
